AD/CV Notices: Violet Pigment, Crepe Paper Products, PET Film

Violet Pigment. In its sunset review of the antidumping duty orders on carbazole violet pigment 23 from China and India, the International Trade Administration has determined that revocation of these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at rates of 241.32 percent for China and 44.80 percent for India.

Crepe Paper Products. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on crepe paper products from China, the ITA has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at rates of up to 266.83 percent.

PET Film. In its administrative review of the AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from India for the period July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014, the ITA has preliminarily determined weighted average dumping margins of zero to 0.79 percent. The ITA has also rescinded this review with respect to MTZ Polyesters Ltd. and Uflex Ltd.

In its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on the same goods for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013, the ITA has preliminarily determined subsidy rates of 2.11 percent to 9.86 percent.
