AD/CV Notices: Uncoated Paper, PET Film, Solvent

Uncoated Paper. The International Trade Commission will hold a public meeting March 6 to vote on its preliminary antidumping and/or countervailing injury determinations on uncoated paper from Australia, Brazil, China, Indonesia and Portugal.

PET Film. The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from Taiwan for the period July 1, 2012, through June 30, 2013. The weighted average dumping margin for Nan Ya Plastics Corporation is 1.56 percent. AD duties based on this rate will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Feb. 25.

Tetrahydrofurfuryl Alcohol. The ITC has scheduled an expedited sunset review of the AD duty order on tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol from China, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. Written comments are due by Feb. 27.
