The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-960 of toner supply containers and components thereof. Audio Processing Hardware and Software. In patent infringement investigation 337-TA-949 of audio processing hardware and software and products containing same, the ITC has granted intervenor status to Conexant Systems Inc. and Waves Audio Ltd. because their audio technology is contained in the products alleged to infringe patents asserted by Andrea Electronics Corp.
