Tissue Paper Products. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting June 8 to vote in its sunset review of the antidumping duty order on tissue paper products from China. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order.

Ironing Tables. The ITA has amended the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from China for the period Aug. 1, 2007, through July 31, 2008, to specify a weighted average dumping margin of 72.29 percent for Foshan Shunde Yongjian Housewares & Hardwares Co. Ltd. If this rate is upheld, the ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods during the period of review using this rate. However, Foshan Shunde’s AD cash deposit rate will remain 157.68 percent, the rate established in a more recent review.

Wood Flooring. In the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013, the ITA has determined net subsidy rates of 0.92 percent to 1.83 percent for dozens of producers and exporters. CV duties at these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and CV cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after May 23.

The ITA has also rescinded this review with respect to five companies that timely certified they made no shipments of subject goods to the U.S. during the period of review.
