Details: Weighted average dumping margin of 247.65% for the China-wide entity. Review rescinded for Hubscher Ribbon Corp. Ltd. and Yama Ribbons and Bows Co. Ltd. AD duties on entries of subject merchandise from these companies will be assessed at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
