Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from China with respect to GGB Bearing Technology (Suzhou) Co. Ltd., which filed a timely withdrawal of its request for review. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on entries of subject merchandise from GGB during the period of review at the AD cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
