New AD Duty Rates for Tapered Roller Bearings from China

Tuesday, January 12, 2016
Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from China for the period June 1, 2013, through May 31, 2014, the International Trade Administration has determined weighted average dumping margins of 0.91 percent for three exporters and 92.84 percent for Yantai CMC Bearing Co. Ltd., which did not demonstrate that it is entitled to a separate rate and was therefore assigned the China-wide rate. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Jan. 12.
