Details: U.S. Customs and Border Protection will soon begin requiring CV cash deposits based on the preliminary net subsidy rates, which range from 2.99 percent to 17.01 percent.

Nature of Notice: Final negative antidumping injury determination.
Details: No AD duty order will be issued. 

Agency: International Trade Administration.
Commodity: Frozen warmwater shrimp.
Country: India.
Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Feb. 1, 2012, through Jan. 31, 2013.
Details: Dumping margins of 1.97 percent to 3.01 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Aug. 28.

Commodity: Frozen warmwater shrimp.
Country: Thailand.
Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Feb. 1, 2012, through Jan. 31, 2013.
Details: Dumping margins of 1.10 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Aug. 28. Twelve companies were determined to have had no shipments of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period of review. Review was rescinded for two companies found not to be exporters or producers of subject merchandise.

Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period May 1, 2013, through April 30, 2014, based on withdrawal of request for review by petitioners.
Details: AD duties on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review will be assessed at the cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Nature of Notice: Preliminary antidumping duty determination postponed from Sept. 30 to Nov. 19.
