Nature of Notice: Initiation of antidumping and countervailing duty investigations.
Details: The product covered by these investigations is sugar derived from sugar cane or sugar beets and includes raw sugar, estandar or standard sugar (sometimes referred to as “high polarity” or “semi-refined” sugar), refined sugar, brown sugar, liquid sugar (sugar dissolved in water), organic raw sugar and organic refined sugar. Alleged dumping margins range from 30.00% to 64.31%.

Country: Korea.
Nature of Notice: Amended final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Nov. 1, 2008, through Oct. 31, 2009, effective Oct. 5, 2013.
Details: Weighted average dumping margin for SeAH Steel Corporation lowered from 4.99% to 3.87%. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate entries of subject merchandise from SeAH during the period of review based on the revised rate. The AD cash deposit rate for SeAH is unaffected.

Nature of Notice: Rescission of new shipper review of antidumping duty order for the period Nov. 1, 2011, through Oct. 31, 2012.
Details: Sales of subject merchandise by Shijiazhuang Goodman Trading Co. Ltd. during the period of review were not bona fide.

Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Scheduling of expedited sunset review of antidumping duty order.
Details: Staff report will be placed in the non-public record on May 2 and a public version will be issued thereafter. Comments are due no later than May 7.
