Nature of Notice: Final results of re-conducted administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Feb. 1, 2008, through Jan. 31, 2009.
Details: Weighted average dumping margin of 25.76% for Grobest & I-Mei Industrial (Vietnam). The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties based on this rate on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise. This order will not be revoked with respect to this exporter.

Nature of Notice: Sunset review determination that revocation of this countervailing duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of a countervailable subsidy at rates of 33.43% to 40.05%.
