AD/CV Notices: Steel Wire Rod, Magnesia Carbon Bricks

Steel Wire Rod. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico for the period Oct. 1, 2012, through Sept. 30, 2013, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 2.13 percent for Deacero S.A.P.I d C.V. and Deacero USA Inc. AD duties based on this rate will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after May 12.

Magnesia Carbon Bricks. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on magnesia carbon bricks from China for the period Sept. 1, 2013, through Aug. 31, 2014, due to the withdrawal of the request for review. AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during this period at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
