Nature of Notice: Preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determination.
Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to begin requiring CV cash deposits at the preliminary subsidy rates, which range from 10.30 percent to 81.36 percent. Due to a preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination for all exporters other than Benxi Steel, this requirement will apply to subject merchandise from all such exporters that was entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after the date that is 90 days prior to the date this determination is published in the Federal Register.

Details: The merchandise subject to these orders is certain hot-rolled products of carbon steel and alloy steel, in coils, of approximately round cross section, 5.00 mm or more, but less than 19.00 mm, in solid cross-sectional diameter.

Nature of Notice: Revocation of antidumping duty order, effective July 30, 2013.
Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to terminate the suspension of liquidation and collection of cash deposits for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after July 30, 2013, and to refund with interest any such deposits.
