AD/CV Notices: Steel Wire Rod, Large Power Transformers

Steel Wire Rod. The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Mexico for the period Oct. 1, 2012, through Sept. 30, 2013, to specify a weighted average dumping margin of 0.37 percent (de minimis) for manufacturer/exporter Deacero S.A.P.I. de C.V. and Deacero USA Inc. As a result, no AD duties will be assessed on entries of subject goods from this company during the period of review, and no AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods from this company that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 22.

Large Power Transformers. The ITA has amended the final results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Feb. 16, 2012, through July 31, 2013, to specify weighted average dumping margins of 8.23 percent to 12.36 percent. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject goods during the period of review, and AD cash deposits will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 22.
