Steel Shelving Units. The International Trade Administration has made a preliminary affirmative dumping determination on boltless steel shelving units pre-packaged for sale from China. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to require AD cash deposits on entries of subject merchandise based on the preliminary dumping margins, which range from 22.64 percent to 112.68 percent. The ITA’s final determination is due by June 9.

Pasta.
