Cut-to-Length Plate. The International Trade Commission has made preliminary affirmative antidumping injury determinations on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Austria, Belgium, Brazil, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, South Africa, Taiwan and Turkey and preliminary affirmative countervailing injury determinations on such goods from China and Korea. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its AD and CV duty investigations of such goods, with preliminary determinations due by July 5 (CV) and Sept. 15 (AD).

The ITC also made a preliminary negative CV injury determination on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from Brazil, meaning the ITA’s CV duty investigation of this product will be terminated.

Tissue Paper Products. The ITC will hold an open meeting June 8 to vote in its sunset review of the AD duty order on tissue paper products from China. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order.

Sunset Reviews. The ITC has initiated sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on the following products and is accepting comments through July 1. These reviews will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders.

- paper clips from China

- cased pencils from China

- granular polytetrafluoroethylene resin from Italy
