Nature of Notice: Affirmative final dumping determination, with dumping margins ranging from 45.42% to 77.7%.
Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits at these rates on entries of subject merchandise. The ITC’s final AD injury determination is due by May 16. If that determination is affirmative an AD duty order will be issued; otherwise, this proceeding will be terminated.

Commodity: Steel nails.
Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012.
Details: Weighted average dumping margins of 3.92% to 118.04%. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on subject merchandise entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after April 8.

Commodity: Ball bearings and parts thereof.
Country: Japan and the United Kingdom.
Nature of Notice: Termination of sunset reviews due to revocation of antidumping duty orders effective Sept. 15, 2011.

Agency: International Trade Commission.
Commodity: Crawfish tail meat.
Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Sunset review determination that revocation of antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
Details: This order will soon be continued for five years.
