Details: Dumping margins of 133.70 percent to 241.91 percent for Germany, 93.36 percent to 172.30 percent for Japan, and 78.10 percent to 99.51 percent for Poland. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits at these rates.

Details: Dumping margin of 210.52 percent. The ITA will instruct CBP to collect AD cash deposits on entries of subject merchandise at this rate.

Country: Ukraine.
Nature of Notice: Suspension of AD duty investigation based on an agreement under which the producer/exporter accounting for substantially all imports of OCTG from Ukraine agrees to make any necessary price revisions to eliminate completely any amount by which the normal value of this merchandise exceeds the U.S. price.
