Solar Cells. The International Trade Administration has amended its final affirmative dumping determination on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China pursuant to a court decision. The ITA has found that Tianwei New Energy (Chengdu) PV Module Co. Ltd., Dongfang Electric (Yixing) MAGI Solar Power Technology Co. Ltd., and Sumec Hardware & Tools Co. Ltd. do not meet the criteria for a separate rate and are therefore part of the China-wide entity. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits for entries of subject goods from these three companies at the China-wide rate, which is currently 238.95 percent, effective Oct. 15, 2015.

Woven Ribbons. The International Trade Commission has determined to conduct full sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China and Taiwan and the CV duty order on such goods from China. A schedule for these reviews, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders, will be established and announced at a later date.
