AD/CV Notices: Solar Cells, Polyester Staple Fiber

Solar Cells. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2013, through Nov. 30, 2014, with respect to 45 companies or groups of companies. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods from these entities at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Polyester Staple Fiber. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on polyester staple fiber from Taiwan for the period May 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
