Silica Fabric. The International Trade Commission has instituted and scheduled the preliminary phase of antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of amorphous silica fabric from China. The ITC will hold a conference in connection with these investigations on Feb. 10, requests to appear at the conference are due by Feb. 8, written comments are due by Feb. 16, and the ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by March 7.

Potassium Permanganate. In its sunset review of the AD duty order on potassium permanganate from China, the ITC has determined that revoking this order would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will be continued for five years.
