AD/CV Notices: Shrimp, Washers, Steel Products, Hangers, Wind Towers

Shrimp. In its administrative reviews of the antidumping duty orders on frozen warmwater shrimp from India and Vietnam for the period Feb. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014, the International Trade Administration has preliminarily determined weighted average dumping margins of 2.63 percent to 3.28 percent for India and zero to 1.5 percent for Vietnam.

Washers. In its administrative reviews of the AD duty orders on large residential washers from Korea and Mexico for the period Aug. 3, 2012, through Jan. 31, 2014, the ITA has preliminarily determined weighted average dumping margins of 4.48 percent for Mexico and 1.57 percent to 82.41 percent for Korea. The ITA has also preliminarily determined that Samsung Electronics Mexico S.A. de C.V. had no shipments of subject merchandise during the period of review.

Low Enriched Uranium. In its administrative review of the AD duty order on low-enriched uranium from France for the period Feb. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014, the ITA has preliminarily determined a weighted average dumping margin of 30.22 percent for Eurodif S.A., AREVA NC and AREVA NC Inc.

Stainless Steel Bar. In its administrative review of the AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2013, through Jan. 31, 2014, the ITA has preliminarily determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for exporter/manufacturer Bhansali Bright Bars Pvt. Ltd. The ITA is also rescinding this review with respect to Ambica Steels Limited because the review request was timely withdrawn.

Garment Hangers. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on steel wire garment hangers from Taiwan for the period Dec. 1, 2013, through Nov. 30, 2014, because the petitioners withdrew their request for review. AD duties on entries of subject merchandise covered by this review will be assessed at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Wind Towers. In its administrative review of the AD duty order on utility scale wind towers from Vietnam, the ITA has preliminarily determined a weighted average dumping margin of zero for exporter The CS Wind Group.

Line Pipe. The ITA has postponed from March 25 to May 14 the preliminary determinations in its AD duty investigations of welded line pipe from Korea and Turkey.
