Shrimp. The International Trade Commission has determined to conduct a full sunset review of the antidumping duty orders on frozen warmwater shrimp from Brazil, China, India, Thailand and Vietnam. The ITC states that a schedule for these reviews, which will result in either the revocation or continuation of these orders, will be announced at a later date.

Off-Road Tires. The International Trade Administration has made preliminary affirmative countervailing duty determinations on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India and Sri Lanka, with subsidy rates of 4.70 percent to 7.64 percent for India and 2.90 percent for Sri Lanka.

The ITA also preliminarily found that critical circumstances exist with respect to certain exporters. In these cases the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to impose provisional measures retroactively on entries of subject tires effective 90 days prior to the publication of this preliminary determination in the Federal Register.
