No IPR Import Restrictions on Semiconductor Chips with DRAM Circuitry

The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-819 of certain semiconductor chips with DRAM circuitry and modules and products containing same. This step follows the termination of the investigation on the basis of a settlement agreement between complainants Elpida Memory Inc. and Elpida Memory (USA) Inc. and the respondents, which are located in Taiwan and the U.S.
