Details: Dumping margins of 4.65% to 164.09%. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after June 24.

Nature of Notice: Final results of changed circumstances review of antidumping duty order.
Details: Navneet Education Limited is the successor-in-interest to Navneet Publications (India) Ltd. for the purpose of determining AD duty liability.

Country: Mexico and China.
Nature of Notice: Issuance of antidumping duty orders, effective June 24.
Details: The products covered by these orders are high carbon steel wire; stress relieved or low relaxation; indented or otherwise deformed; meeting at a minimum the physical, mechanical and chemical requirements of the American Society of Testing Materials (ASTM) A881/A881M specification; regardless of shape, size or alloy element levels; suitable for use as pre-stressed tendons in concrete railroad ties. High carbon steel is defined as steel that contains 0.6 percent or more of carbon by weight.

Nature of Notice: Scheduling of final phase of antidumping and countervailing injury investigations.
Details: Pre-hearing staff report will be placed in the non-public record Sept. 29 and a public version will be issued thereafter. A hearing will be held Oct. 15, requests to appear at the hearing are due by Oct. 8, and pre-hearing briefs are due by Oct. 6. Post-hearing briefs are due by Oct. 22 and final comments are due by Nov. 7.
