Large Residential Washers. The International Trade Commission has made a preliminary affirmative antidumping injury determination on large residential washers from China. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its AD duty investigation, with a preliminary determination due on or about May 24.

PET Resin. The ITC has rescheduled to 10:30 a.m. EDT on March 1 the hearing in connection with its antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of polyethylene terephthalate resin from Canada, China, India and Oman. All other aspects of the schedule of these investigations remain unchanged: requests to appear at the hearing are due by Feb. 24, pre-hearing briefs are due by Feb. 23, post-hearing briefs are due by March 8, and final comments are due by March 28.
