Foreign Regulatory Changes Could Affect Exports of Drug Ingredients, Medicines, Gasoline

Brazil – draft technical regulation on post-registration modifications of active pharmaceutical ingredients (comments due by Sept. 2)

Brazil – draft technical regulation on notification of discontinuation or temporary suspension of manufacturing or importation of medicines (comments due by Aug. 5)

Panama – technical regulation on unleaded gasoline oxygenated with anhydrous bioethanol (comments due by Aug. 4)
