Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Nov. 1, 2012, through Oct. 31, 2013, with respect to Flex Middle East FZE due to withdrawal of request for review.
Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on entries of subject merchandise from Flex at the AD cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Commodity: Uncovered innerspring units.
Country: China, South Africa and Vietnam.
Nature of Notice: Continuation of antidumping duty orders for five years, effective April 23.
Details: The innerspring units covered by these orders are composed of a series of individual metal springs joined together in sizes corresponding to the sizes of adult mattresses (e.g., twin, twin long, full, full long, queen, California king and king) and units used in smaller constructions such as crib and youth mattresses. All uncovered innerspring units are included regardless of width and length. Uncovered innersprings are classified under HTSUS 9404.29.9010 and have also been classified under HTSUS 9404.10.0000, 7326.20.0070, 7320.20.5010, 7320.90.5010, 9404.29.9005, 9404.29.9011 and 7326.20.0071.
