AD/CV Notices: Pressure Pipe, Steel Pipes and Tubes

Pressure Pipe. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting Nov. 13 to vote on its preliminary antidumping and countervailing injury determinations on welded stainless steel pressure pipe from India.

Steel Pipes and Tubes. The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the CV duty order on welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013, to specify a net subsidy rate of 0.88 percent for four companies. CV duties at this rate will be assessed on unliquidated entries of subject goods during the period of review, and CV cash deposits at this rate will be required for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Oct. 13, 2015, the date of publication of the final results.
