Details: Dumping margin of 111.73% for Tianjin Magnesium International Co. Ltd.

Commodity: Seamless refined copper pipe and tube.
Country: Mexico.
Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Nov. 1, 2012, through Oct. 31, 2013, with respect to three companies.
Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise at the AD cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
