Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on preserved mushrooms from China for the period Feb. 1, 2009, through Jan. 31, 2010, pursuant to a court decision. The amended weighted average dumping margins are 5.76 percent for Xiamen International Trade & Industrial Co. Ltd. and 74.14 percent for Zhejiang Iceman Group Co. Ltd. and Fujian Golden Banyan Foodstuffs Industrial Co. Ltd.

If the court ruling stands, AD duties at these rates will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review. This notice does not affect the AD cash deposit rates for Iceman (308.33 percent) or Golden Banyan (304.89 percent), which were established for the most recent periods in which these entities were reviewed (Iceman is now part of the China-wide entity). An AD cash deposit rate of 5.76 percent for XITIC was effective Sept. 8.
