July 11 – deadline for comments to ITC on potential IPR infringement probe of hand dryers

July 15 – meeting of Port Performance Freight Statistics Working Group

July 15 – effective date of USDA final rule removing cotton import fee exemption

July 15 – deadline for comments to DOL on adding carpets from India to procurement prohibition list

July 15 – deadline for comments on proposed revocation and modification of CBP rulings
