USDA Reviewing Information Collection on Imports of Pomegranates from Chile

The Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is accepting comments through Nov. 25 on the proposed extension of an information collection associated with the regulations for the importation of fresh pomegranates from Chile into the continental United States. These information collection activities include production site registration, listing certified production sites, labeling containers with the registered production site identified, and a phytosanitary certificate with an additional declaration.
