Nature of Notice: Amended final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2006, through July 31, 2007, pursuant to court decision.
Details: AD duties at the rate of 94.62% will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review both produced or exported by King Pac Industrial Co. Ltd. and Master Packaging Co. Ltd. and imported by KYD Inc.. There is no change in the current AD cash deposit rate.

Commodity: Preserved mushrooms.
Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Preliminary results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Feb. 1, 2012, through Jan. 31, 2013.
Details: Weighted average dumping margin of 308.33% for the China-wide entity. Review rescinded with respect to six exporters for which all review requests have been withdrawn; AD duties for subject merchandise from these exporters will be assessed at the AD cash deposit rate.

Commodity: Seamless refined copper pipe and tube.
Country: China.
Nature of Notice: Preliminary results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Nov. 1, 2011, through Oct. 31, 2012.
Details: Weighted average dumping margins of 3.55% for two reviewed exporters and 60.85% for the China-wide entity. Review rescinded with respect to Luvata Tube (Zhongshan) Ltd. and Luvata Alltop (Zhongshan) Ltd. due to the timely withdrawal of all review requests with respect to these companies. AD duties on subject merchandise from these companies will be assessed at the applicable AD cash deposit rates.
