Plastic Bags. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia for the period Aug. 1, 2014, through July 31, 2015, the International Trade Administration has determined a weighted average dumping margin of 11.53 percent for producer/exporter Euro SME Sdn Bhd.

HFC Blends. The ITA has made a final affirmative dumping determination on hydrofluorocarbon blends and components thereof from China. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect AD cash deposits on subject goods at the applicable weighted average dumping margins, which range from 101.82 percent to 216.37 percent.

The ITA has found that critical circumstances exist with respect to one respondent and the China-wide entity. CBP will be instructed to impose provisional measures on entries of subject goods retroactively up to 90 days prior to publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register.
