Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is accepting comments through July 14 on an information collection associated with the regulations on plants for planting (i.e., living plants, plant parts, and seed for propagation). APHIS collects information from a variety of individuals involved in growing, exporting and importing plants for planting to ensure that plant pests are not introduced into the United States. The information collected serves as the supporting documentation needed to issue required forms and documents that allow the importation of nursery stock.
