Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order for the period Aug. 1, 2011, through July 31, 2012.
Details: Weighted average dumping margin of zero for Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. and 1.45% for Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos S.A. de C.V. AD duties based on these rates will be assessed on subject merchandise entered during the period of review, and AD cash deposits at these rates will be required for subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Jan. 31.

Commodity: Corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products.
Country: Korea.
Nature of Notice: Final results of administrative review of countervailing duty order for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2011.
Details: Net subsidy rates of 0.10%, 0.20% and 0.26%, which are all de minimis. No CV duties will be assessed on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review. CV cash deposits are no longer required because this order was revoked effective Feb. 14, 2012.

Nature of Notice: Initiation of new shipper review of antidumping duty order for the period Dec. 1, 2012, through Nov. 30, 2013.
Details: The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to allow, at the option of the importer, the posting until the completion of this review of a bond of security in lieu of a cash deposit for entries of subject merchandise from Linyi Anying Wood Co. Ltd.

Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of countervailing duty order for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2012.
Details: The ITA will instruct CBP to assess CV duties on appropriate entries of subject merchandise during the period of review at the CV cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Nature of Notice: Rescission of administrative review of countervailing duty order for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2012, with respect to Navneet Education Ltd.
Details: The ITA will instruct CBP to assess CV duties on entries of subject merchandise from Navneet during the period of review at the CV cash deposit rate required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
