AD/CV: Phosphor Copper, HEDP

Phosphor Copper. The International Trade Commission has made a preliminary affirmative antidumping injury determination on phosphor copper from Korea. As a result, the International Trade Administration will continue its AD duty investigation of this product, with a preliminary determination due by Aug. 16.

HEDP. The ITA has initiated antidumping and countervailing duty investigations of 1-hydroxyethylidene-1, 1-disphosphonic acid from China. Alleged dumping margins are 96 percent and alleged subsidy rates are above de minimis.

All grades of aqueous acidic (non-neutralized) concentrations of HEDP are covered by this investigation. HEDP is currently classified under HTSUS 2931.90.9043 and may also enter under HTSUS 2811.19.6090 and 2931.90.9041.
