Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Commission has agreed to amend the complaint in patent infringement investigation 337-TA-881 of certain windshield wiper devices and components thereof to correct the corporate name of one respondent and identify additional accused products. The ITC notes that complainants Federal-Mogul Corporation and Federal-Mogul S.A. learned that they had incorrectly identified this respondent, and learned of the additional products, only after filing their complaint.
