No IPR Import Restrictions on Goods with Laminated Packaging

The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-874 of certain products having laminated packaging, laminated packaging and components thereof. The ITC determined that complainant Lamina Packaging Innovations Inc. has not demonstrated the existence of a domestic industry.
