Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Pasta. In its changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on pasta from Italy, the International Trade Administration has made a final determination that La Molisana S.p.A. is not the successor-in-interest to La Molisana Industrie Alimentari S.p.A. because it is materially dissimilar in terms of management, production facilities and supplier relationships. As a result, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to collect estimated AD duties for all shipments of subject goods exported by La Molisana and entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Oct. 28 at the 15.45 percent all others rate.

Wooden Bedroom Furniture. The International Trade Commission has instituted a sunset review of the AD duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China. This review will result in either the revocation or continuation of this order. Comments from interested parties are due no later than Dec. 2.
