Pasta from Turkey. The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of its new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain pasta from Turkey for the period July 1, 2013, through June 30, 2014. The ITA preliminarily finds a weighted average dumping margin of zero for Bessan Markarna Gida San. Ve Tic. A.S. If these preliminary results are adopted as final the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate entries of subject merchandise produced by Bessan without regard to AD duties.

Honey from China. In its administrative review of the AD duty order on honey from China for the period Dec. 1, 2012, through Nov. 30, 2013, the ITA has preliminarily determined a weighted average dumping margin of $2.63/kg for the China-wide entity. The ITA notes that the single mandatory respondent, Kunshan Xinlong Food Co. Ltd., did not cooperate during this review and has therefore been treated as part of the China-wide entity.

Multilayered Wood Flooring from China. In its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2012, the ITA has preliminary determined net subsidy rates of 0.95 percent to 0.99 percent for dozens of reviewed producers/exporters. The ITA also intends to rescind this review with respect to Changzhou Hawd Flooring Co. Ltd., which timely certified that it had no shipments of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period of review.
