AD/CV Notices: Oil Country Tubular Goods, Crawfish Meat

Oil Country Tubular Goods. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from India for the period Feb. 25, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015, due to the timely withdrawal of all requests for review. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Crawfish Meat. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from China for the period Sept. 1, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015, with respect to six companies for which the requests for review were timely withdrawn. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject merchandise from these companies at the AD cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
