AD/CV Notices: Oil Country Tubular Goods, Plastic Bags

Oil Country Tubular Goods. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on oil country tubular goods from Turkey for the period Feb. 25, 2014, through Aug. 31, 2015, due to the withdrawal of the petitioners’ request in its entirety. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the cash deposit rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.

Plastic Bags. The ITA has rescinded its administrative review of the AD duty order on polyethylene retail carrier bags from China for the period Aug. 1, 2014, through July 31, 2015, due to the withdrawal of the petitioners’ request for review. The ITA will instruct CBP to assess AD duties on all appropriate entries of subject goods at the AD cash deposit or bonding rates required at the time of entry or withdrawal from warehouse for consumption.
