Off-Road Tires. The International Trade Administration has initiated antidumping duty investigations of new pneumatic off-the-road tires from China and India and countervailing duty investigations of such tires from China, India and Sri Lanka. Alleged dumping margins are 11.20 percent to 77.69 percent for China and 10.77 percent to 76.45 percent for India.

The tires included in the scope of these investigations are tires with an off-road tire size designation and may be tube-type or tubeless, radial or non-radial. Covered tires are included whether for original equipment manufacturers or the replacement market; whether or not mounted on wheels or rims; whether mounted on wheels or rims in a subject country or a third country; and whether or not accompanied by other parts such as wheels, rims, axle parts, bolts, nuts, etc.

The following tires are excluded from the scope of these investigations: covered tires that enter attached to a vehicle; passenger vehicle and light truck tires; racing tires; mobile home tires; motorcycle tires; all-terrain vehicle tires; bicycle tires; on-road or on-highway trailer tires; truck and bus tires; pneumatic tires that are not new, including recycled or retreaded tires and used tires; non-pneumatic tires, including solid rubber tires; aircraft tires; turf, lawn and garden, and golf tires; and mining and construction tires with a rim diameter equal to or exceeding 39 inches.

Pure Magnesium. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on pure magnesium from China for the period May 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015, the ITA has determined that Tianjin Magnesium International Co. Ltd. and Tianjin Magnesium Metal Co. Ltd. did not have any reviewable entries of subject goods during this period.

Supercalendered Paper. The ITA has initiated an expedited sunset review of the CV duty order on supercalendered paper from Canada. The ITA states that this review is intended to establish individual cash deposit rates for Catalyst Pulp and Paper Sales Inc., Catalyst Paper Corporation, Catalyst Paper and Irving Paper Limited or to exclude from this order a company for which the final results of the review are zero or de minimis.
