Network Devices. The International Trade Commission has narrowed the scope of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-944 of network devices, related software and components thereof by terminating this investigation with respect to numerous patent claims asserted by complainant Cisco Systems Inc. This investigation covers certain types of devices such as switches and routers with particular configuration management, upgrade, recover, security and scalability functionalities.

Coaxial Cable Connectors. The ITC has narrowed the scope of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-938 of coaxial cable connectors and components thereof and products containing same by terminating this investigation with respect to 14 patent claims based on the withdrawal of allegations pertaining to those claims by complainant PPC Broadband Inc. The products at issue are used to link coaxial cable between various electronic devices.
