No Import Restrictions in IPR Probe of Navigation Products

The International Trade Commission has terminated without the imposition of import restrictions patent infringement investigation 337-TA-900 of certain navigation products, including GPS devices, navigation and display systems, radar systems, navigational aids, mapping systems and related software. The ITC granted an unopposed motion by complainants Furuno Electric Co. Ltd. and Furuno U.S.A. Inc. to terminate this investigation in its entirety as to the remaining respondents, which are located in the United Kingdom and the U.S., based on a settlement.
