Mobile Electronic Devices. The International Trade Commission has set Dec. 11, 2017, as the target date for completing consolidated patent infringement investigations 337-TA-990 and -1004 of mobile and portable electronic devices incorporating haptics (including smartphones and laptops) and components thereof. The target date exceeds the generally prescribed 16 months because of the size and complexity of the investigation.

Computing or Graphics Systems. The ITC has terminated patent infringement investigation 337-TA-984 of computing or graphics systems, components thereof and vehicles containing same with respect to (a) four patent claims asserted by complainant Advanced Silicon Technologies LLC with respect to all respondents and (b) two patent claims with respect to two of the respondents.
