Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on lined paper products from India for the period Sept. 1, 2010, through Aug. 31, 2011, pursuant to a court decision. The revised weighted average dumping margins for the following producer/exporters is 0.50 percent: Lodha Offset Limited, Magic International Pvt. Ltd., Marisa International, Navneet Education Ltd., Pioneer Stationery Pvt. Ltd., SGM Paper Products and Super Impex.

If the court decision is not appealed or upheld on appeal, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties at this rate on unliquidated entries of subject merchandise from these companies. This rate will also be used as the cash deposit rate for entries of subject merchandise from Lodha, Magic, Marisa, Pioneer and SGM, but a more recent cash deposit rate has been established for Navneet and Impex.
