FTZ Board Actions on Leather, Flavor Product Facilities

Leather Facility. The Foreign-Trade Zones Board has approved production under zone procedures at the Townsend Leather Company Inc. facility within FTZ 121 in Johnstown, N.Y., which is used to produce finished upholstery grade leather, cut parts, and product samples used in aviation/motor vehicle/yacht interiors, interior design, and fashion accessories.

Flavor Product Facility. The FTZ Board has received from Givaudan Flavors Corporation a notification of proposed production activity for its facility within subzone 46 in Cincinnati, Ohio, which is used for the production of flavor compounds. Comments on this notification are due no later than Oct. 25.
