Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Kitchen Appliance Shelving. In its sunset review of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on kitchen appliance shelving and racks from China, the International Trade Commission has determined that revoking these orders would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, these orders will remain in place for another five years.

Potassium Permanganate. In the preliminary results of its administrative review of the AD duty order on potassium permanganate from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013, the ITA has determined that Pacific Accelerator Limited had no reviewable entries of subject merchandise during the period of review. Any interested party may request a hearing on these preliminary results by March 12.
